By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if project conditions differ from the original scope.

• Additional work requested by the client will require approval and may result in additional charges.

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in the service agreement or invoice.

• Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.

• STRANA BS LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, or defects discovered during the course of the work.

• Project schedules may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Clients are encouraged to inspect the completed work promptly and report any concerns within 48 hours of project completion.

• Warranty coverage, if applicable, is limited to the terms outlined in the written service agreement.

• STRANA BS LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage as required for its operations.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
